Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid (4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote)

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team! This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who enjoys making a meaningful impact on students while benefiting from a flexible hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure).
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply as well.
• Previous school-based experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
